ALAM's mandotary Marine Safety & Operational Training courses are fully compliant with Standards of Training & Certification and Watch keeping (STCW78 As Amended) requirements set by International Maritime Organization (IMO) and enforced by Marine Department of Malaysia. These courses are specifically designed to supllement the knowledge and skills as per Deck and Engine Certificates of competency requirements. Courses include Basic Safety Training, Adanced Fire Fighting, Proficiency in Survival Craft, Medical Care and other special training for personnel on certain types of ships such as oil, chemical and gas tanker, i.e. Tanker Familiarisation and Advanced (Oil, Chemical, Liquefied Gas) Tankertrainings.
